ResoPrerna: A Perfect Launch Pad to Align Class XI Resonites

Synopsis: 

VR Gardens in old Alwal, Secunderabad, reverberated with high-energy echoes of Class 11 resonites. At the same time, big names were seriously engaged in helping them strengthen their goals by providing tips to win over the mind—the titled program: The Importance of Goal-setting & Building a Winning Mind-set.  

Launch pad Program in Brief: 

The entire event lasted for two hours, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Through the program, the adrenaline drive took the resonites to higher levels of confidence and moved them with brightness, stern determination and eagerness to pursue their goals. The big names who motivated the resonites were J.D Lakshmi Narayana, Former IPS officer, ex-Joint Director, CBI & Purna Chandra Rao N, Managing Director of Resonance Institutions ( Hyderabad).

How did it happen? 

Resonance Institutions is up with another novel activity focusing on Class 11th- Resonites- all of it to illustrate the efforts that need to be put in, a launchpad of success. But how?

The Resonance management has created a perfect ambience for the resonites of four big successful campuses by charging their adrenaline levels. From time to time, big stalwarts who have achieved big names in their fields are requested to grace the occasion, and this time, it's J.D. Lakshmi Narayana, IPS.

Under their guidance and motivation, Resonance Institutions makes all the necessary arrangements to help resonites ignite their passion and fulfil the dreams that brought them to Resonance Institutions. The resonites were from Chintal, ECIL, Suchitra, and Kharkhana campuses.  

Main Highlights: A Passionate Piece of Advice. 

JD Lakshmi Narayana ( Chief Guest) 

Resonites gathered at the venue and on the dais. JD Lakshmi Narayana, fondly known as JD began to address the students passionately. With a lot of enthusiasm and patience, he used simple day-to-day examples and guided the resonites toward their goals and objectives. 

He asked the resonites to follow a structured rhythm : 

Prepare | take | feed back | evaluate - to expand it, he meant prepare the topics for the exam, take the exam confidently, seek feedback, and evaluate the performance of the written exam. He wants every resonite to follow it day in and day out. 

Second Important aspect: he related an example of Abdul Kalam, which he addressed to students quite a long time ago.

Your success should be such that:

1. Your parents should be proud of your achievements.

2. You should be invited as Chief Guest on several occasions.

3. Your signature should become an autograph while you make your presence felt at the event. 

Stress is the biggest hurdle to a successful career in education and going forward in life. JD gave fantastic advice to the students, resembling a flow chart of different scenarios, titled How to avoid stress? He expressed a fantastic way to keep stress away from the resonites' minds. 

1. Competing with oneself should be done regularly. Stop comparing yourself with others and instead compete with yourself. Each day, compare your development as you progress in your studies. 

2. Make yourself completely involved in the topic of your study; then you are sure to master it thoroughly. 

3. Never indulge in the habit of comparing yourself with others. 

4. Consider the weekly examination as a source of feedback and never as something that gauges your intellect. 

5. Listen to your parents' voice, and keep social media distractions away as much as possible. 

6. Never involve yourself in self-created stress, which begins with negative thoughts such as, "Can I fare better in upcoming exams?"  Or, can I achieve my career goals? 

Make a consistent effort and be concise to say, I shall handle the few grams of JEE, JEE Advanced, or NEET question papers confidently and calmly to top scores. Such were the words from JD sir, and it isn't strange to say that the entire event was highly electrifying and energetic. 

ResoPrerna:

ReoPrerna is a program hosted for two categories of resonites: first, those who seek induction into our institution (Class XI), and the others are Class XII students. 

Our first-year resonites are made to set their goals and realign their career objectives. 

The second-year students are groomed with high-intensity, close-circuit interactions wherein our resonites never let go of their goals and objectives. 

Conclusion: 

Resonance Institutions has 34 campuses spread across Hyderabad, excluding the +2 college in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Since the increase in student count in such motivational lectures distracts the students from taking attentive notes on the spoken values. Resonance Institution organises motivational classes for a few campuses rather than all put together. However, Resonance Institutions takes pride in making such arrangements to benefit their resonites belonging to Class XI & XII.
