BITS PILANI has opened an online window for the BITSAT 2026 exam and shall remain operational from December 15 to March 16, 2026. The candidate should apply for both sessions in the same online window.
BITS Pilani has instructed candidates to use its official website, bits-pilani.ac.in, and the admissions link: admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT 2026 exam in two sessions, with the official dates as on the website. The BITSAT 2026 exam will be on April 15 to 17 and May 24 to 27, 2026. Candidates may attend either or both sessions at their convenience. Candidates who attend both sessions will benefit the most and receive the highest admission score.

A candidate who is pursuing Class 12th or has passed Class 12th in 2025 can appear for BITSAT.
The candidate applying for BITSAT 2026 must have a good command of the English language.
The candidate admitted to the B.Pharma Program must have completed Class 12 under the 10+2 board scheme; they may belong to CBSE, ICSE, IB, or any state board.
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 scheme from any recognised board, such as CBSE, ICSE, IB, or State Board. A candidate must have passed with the optionals, including physics, mathematics, and chemistry.
Candidates who plan to pursue the BITS engineering program must appear for question papers in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and logical reasoning.
Candidates who are inclined toward Pharmacy programs will have to appear for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, English, and Logical Reasoning.
Candidates will take the BITSAT exam for three hours, comprising 130 questions. Those who complete it successfully will receive an additional 12 questions.
Candidates who appear for the BITSAT can view their scores immediately, although the BITS exam panel will disclose the scores at a later date.
Another important note is that BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT exam in two sessions, and those who drop the first session will not be allowed to appear for Session two.
Each candidate will be provided with a separate set of questions, selected from a question bank.
A candidate can alter a response to a question.
A candidate will be subject to negative marking for incorrect answers.
In the BITSAT 2026 exam, a candidate may attempt any section in any order, as there is no sectional time limit.
