Synopsis:
The Board of Intermediate, Telangana, has made all essential arrangements for the intermediate students who are likely to take their board examinations from February 25, 2026, onwards. The Intermediate board had released the hall tickets days earlier to help students download them early. As part of the mandated instructions, like any officially conducted examination, the intermediate board has asked students to reach their examination centres well ahead of the scheduled time. At the same time, experts and exam counsellors have listed a series of suggestions for students taking the board exams, and they, with great confidence, say these tips can increase marks beyond students' expectations. What are they? Let's make a brief note.
A candidate entering the exam hall must keep their nerves cool.
The board sets the question paper, noting the time it takes a candidate to read the questions properly.
The general rule of thumb for the examination is to address the easy questions first, then move on to the tough ones.
The candidate should highlight the important points in their answers to draw the examiner's attention, which, in turn, makes them award more marks due to the appealing impression their answers make. These highlighted parts should include subtopics, formulas, and words of higher significance.
Candidates must avoid writing long answers; instead, break them down into several paragraphs. For subjects like science, geography, and so on, the candidate must include diagrams in their answers to score well.
The candidate must write answers relevant to the question. Depending upon the marks of the question, maintain the length of the answer accordingly.
While writing the answer, the candidate must leave a line space between lines, as this can serve to add words if any corrections are required. Make minimal mistakes and strikes in the answers; otherwise, such written gestures can irritate the examiners, and the candidate may score lower than usual.
The candidate must allot sufficient time to revise in the end, so that the mistakes or errors can be corrected in a hassle-free manner in time. During the paper revision, the candidate must check roll numbers and question numbers, and make a final check for any spelling or grammatical errors.
Summary:
These last-minute tips can help candidates taking the Intermediate board exam save time and avoid losing marks due to haste in the examination hall.
