As with every academic year, the Board continues its structured examination pattern with practicals preceding theory exams ensuring that students get sufficient time to focus on both segments. The practical examinations will be conducted daily, including Sundays, in two sessions: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. English practicals for first and second-year students are scheduled for January 21 and 22, 2026, respectively. Additionally, the Ethics and Human Values and Environmental Education exams will be conducted earlier on January 23 and 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The first-year theory exams will open with Second Language Paper-I on February 25, followed by English Paper-I on February 27. Students from Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams will appear for their core subject papers Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, and History through early March. Similarly, second-year exams begin on February 26 with Second Language Paper-II, followed by English Paper-II on February 28, and conclude with stream-wise core subjects by mid-March.
TSBIE has also clarified that if practical exams coincide with JEE Mains 2026, alternate arrangements will be provided a thoughtful step to avoid scheduling conflicts for aspirants preparing for national-level entrance exams.
At Resonance Colleges, students are guided to balance both their Intermediate curriculum and integrated coaching programs for IIT-JEE and NEET, ensuring steady progress toward academic and competitive success.
With the release of the 2026 Intermediate examination timetable, students across Telangana now have a clear roadmap for the months ahead. It’s the ideal time to begin structured preparation balancing theory, practicals, and entrance coaching to step confidently into the next phase of their academic journey.
