Without an Assessment Board Eligibility Certificate, the candidate's Roll Number will be struck from the Final Andhra Pradesh NEET 2026 Merit List.
Candidates who belong to the PwBD category must produce a PwBD eligibility certificate issued by the medical assessment board, and it must be uploaded at the time of registration for the Andhra Pradesh NEET 2026 Counselling. Candidates who do not seek a medical assessment board's eligibility certificate will not be placed in the final state merit list.
Dr NTR UHS has undertaken the task of allotting the medical seats of AP NEET 2026 at various universities and colleges, region-wise. It documents the entire admission process, including registration, fee payment, web options, results, and physical verification at the medical colleges, completing the admission process. As time progresses, it is an update of the online counselling that covers Round 1, 2, 3, and stray round in a well-detailed manner.Â
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh invites AP NEET 2026 qualifiers to participate in the online counselling of Round 1 from 05.08.2026 (05:00 PM) to 12.08.2026 (09:00 PM), and with a late fee, there is a one-day extension from 13.08.26 (07:00 AM) to 14.08.26 ( 01:00 PM).Â
The application forms are made available at https://drntr.uhsap.in. Although the AP NEET candidates can access the provisional list of qualifiers, the final merit position shall be released after the scrutiny of the Candidate's application.Â
Candidates should maintain regular contact with the official website to access important notifications. However, the course of medical seat admissions will close by 10-10-2026.Â

AP Online has provided a user manual that can benefit the candidate in filling the online application in a hassle-free manner. It is the competent authority quota that supports the online counselling activity for Dr NTR University Health Services. Candidates can find the prospectus in the Admission column under the latest notifications dated August 05, 2026. The prospectus for the AP NEET 2026 qualifiers is available on the home page of https://drntr.uhsap.in.Â
The candidate should visit the official portal: apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in and click on Online Registration on the homepage.Â
The candidate must enter the details, such as NEET 2026 roll number, NEET rank, date of birth, and active mobile number.
The candidate must enter the security captcha and then click the Validate button.Â
The candidate must note the AP NEET registration number, which is available on the screen and sent via SMS.Â
The candidate must use the credentials, reach the home page and click Login.Â
The candidate must use the NEET roll number and the new registration number and enter the concerned pages:Â
Fill in the personal details, local status (AU/SVU/Non-local), Domicile, and category details.Â
Candidates should provide Class 6-12 schooling certificates to establish their right to local or non-local eligibility.Â
The candidate should upload all documents that are essential for verification in PDF format.Â
Note: Refer to the user manual made available on the official website of the Dr NTR UMS and maintain the prescribed file size for each uploaded document.Â
The candidate must upload each document of Passport Photo & Signature, NEET 2026 Rank Card, SSC Marks Memo / Date of Birth Certificate, Intermediate / 10+2 Marks Sheet, Study Certificates (Classes 6 to 10), Aadhaar Card (PDF), Caste / EWS / Income Certificate (if applicable).Â
After completing the document upload, the candidate must preview the documents and, if they are correct, save and proceed to the next step. Otherwise, cancel and re-upload the documents.Â
The candidate should select the payment gateway option and pay the registration fee using financial instruments, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.Â
After the successful fee payment, save the transaction receipt for future reference.Â
The registration fee for the OC & BC is (INR 3000/-) & for SC & ST is (INR 2,500/-).Â
If a candidate wants to register with a late fee, they will have to pay a penalty of INR 20,000/ addition to the existing fee for every category.Â
The candidate must keep hard copies of every registration page for document verification.Â
Before making a final submission of the application, preview the entered details, click the submit button, and take a printout of the final application form.Â
Candidates are advised to complete registration quickly, including fee payment, as they will not be able to make offline payments. The web options window will open around August 14 or 15, 2026, and its details will be available on the official website for reference.Â
Candidates should not engage any third party to fill in the application form, and should fill out the forms on their own.
Candidates are expected to upload the correct data, as their uploaded data will be placed under scrutiny by the concerned departments. Â
Only after scrutiny will a provisional merit list be released, and the final merit list will be released after examining grievances, if any.Â
Since the current dates are for online registration and fee payment, the candidate should be in regular touch with the web portal official, as the web options shall be displayed on the official notice announcements. The candidate is expected to check the rounds, web options, results, and college allotments on the web portal regularly.Â
The candidate is not allowed to attend offline at the university, as the admission process is online and is mandatory as per NTA.Â
The candidate's application shall be rejected, provided the uploaded documents are fully correct.Â
The candidate must upload all mandatory certificates.
The candidate must not keep any detail incomplete, such as signature, photo, etc.Â
The candidate must check the document visibility; otherwise, they should cancel the uploaded document and reload the documents. Â
The certificates should be properly scanned to determine eligibility; otherwise, the application shall be rejected.Â
Physical Verification of the candidate's document must contain:
A printout of the completely filled-in online application and original certificates (self-attested copies), which must be submitted to the Principal at the time of final verification at the college premises.Â
If any discrepancy is found, the provisional allotment order shall be cancelled without any further notice.Â
